Look, basically there are three methods by which you can take screenshots in Samsung Galaxy A40 very easily. We have written all three methods below and you can choose any of them. Personally speaking, I liked the Method 2 but you can choose any of your choices

Method 1) Using Volume and Power buttons combination

This method is a universal method of taking screenshots in any Android device. This method works with not only Galaxy A40 but also with all the other brand’s smartphones available. So, if you don’t how this method works then read the below step to know How to take screenshots with physical key combinations.

  • First of all, take your smartphone and open the page which you want to capture.
  • Now, hold the Volume Down and Power button simultaneously for 2-3 seconds and make sure you are holding both buttons with equal pressure.
  • It will ask you to save the captured screen to gallery or not.
  • Done!

Method 2) Using Palm Swipe

This is my favorite method to take a screenshot in Samsung Galaxy A40. This is the unique method which is only available on the Samsung Galaxy A series. Also, this method looks very cool, if you do this method in front of your friend then it will definitely steal their attention. If you just purchased your device then this feature come disabled by default. You have to activate it manually, to enable it, go to,

Settings>>> Advanced features >> Palm Swipe to Capture >> Enable

Now, whenever you want to take a screenshot of any page just use your palm and swipe.

Method 3) Using third-party applications

I personally don’t prefer this method to take screenshots because it takes some time to set up and even after that it is not as quick as the above two methods. There are so many applications available for free to take screenshots but some of them are very spammy, they are loaded with so many ads. So, we have shared very convenient and easy to use application which is available on the Google Play Store as well.

  • Download Screenshot Touch APK on your device.
  • Now you have to install this app and for that, you need to enable unknown sources by going to Settings>Security>Unknown Sources. As shown in the below images.
  • Once the application is successfully installed, open it and you will the screen like this:-
  • Tap on Ok.
  • Now, you need to Allow the app to access your media and all.
  • Now you have to Enable ‘Display Over Other Apps
  • Now you’ll see a small icon on your screen just simply click on it whenever you want to take a screenshot.
  • Done!
